In order to be selected in recruitment, it is mandatory to bring 40 marks in the written examination. In case of widows and sportspersons, there is a provision for selection by adding 5% marks so that in their case, adding 5% marks gives 40 marks, except that candidates with less than 40 marks are not eligible for selection.
